  1、材料:鮮嫩生菜500克、蚝油1湯匙、紹酒1湯匙、鹽、味精适量。

  2、将生菜洗淨,撕成大片待用。

  3、鍋中放油燒熱,把生菜下鍋稍炒,放入鹽、味精炒勻,盛入盤中。

  4、鍋中再放油燒熱,依次放入蚝油、紹酒稍炒至熟,出香味,把汁澆在生菜上,拌勻即成。
