  1、青椒切絲、胡蘿蔔刨絲、蒜瓣切片,杏鮑菇撕成小條。

  2、調好魚香醬汁,一勺玉米澱粉、半碗水、1湯匙生抽、半湯匙香醋、半湯匙白糖、少許鹽攪拌均勻。

  3、鍋中放油燒熱,蒜瓣放進去,加1湯匙豆瓣醬翻炒,加胡蘿蔔絲、杏鮑菇翻炒至軟。

  4、放青椒絲和木耳絲翻炒均勻,淋入醬汁,加少許雞精,煮開收汁即可。
