  1、材料:排骨500、芝士120、蔥姜蒜适量、糖>40g。

  2、先把排骨焯水,瀝幹。

  3、再蒜姜辣椒,油裡爆香加排骨煎至金黃~加糖醬油~料酒~辣椒(韓國芝士排骨很辣)小火~到湯汁濃稠再收會兒汁,汁可以把排骨裹的特别漂亮的程度。

  4、然後換平底鍋,把芝士均勻的鋪開,少許黑胡椒,蔥花~小火加熱~等芝士可以拉絲,然後把排骨一塊塊放進去沾芝士吃就可以了。
