  1、材料:豬瘦肉150克,番茄2個,胡蘿蔔1根,土豆一個,大蜜棗4個,濕澱粉調 料精鹽,黃酒,清湯各适量。

  2、番茄、胡蘿蔔、土豆洗淨,切成小塊。豬瘦肉切薄片,用精鹽、黃酒、濕澱粉抓勻上漿。蜜棗去核,切成絲。

  3、鍋内加清湯,燒開後放入胡蘿蔔、番茄、土豆、蜜棗燒開,改中火煮至胡蘿蔔、土豆熟爛。

  4、湯鍋移旺火上,大滾後氽入肉片,待肉片上浮,加精鹽調味即可。
