  1、将雞蛋逐個磕入油鍋中,炸成形似銀包金的荷包蛋,撈出瀝淨油,取一個荷包蛋放入盤中央,其餘荷包蛋每個用刀切成四瓣,拼在盤周圍,組成荷包狀。

  2、另起油鍋加熱,下入白糖炒至呈紅褐色時,放入醋、蔥末、姜末、蒜末,添加清湯,燒沸,下入濕澱粉勾濃芡,澆在雞蛋上即成。
