  1、食材:大蒜适量、苋菜适量、鹽适量。

  2、把苋菜放水裡泡一下,洗淨後瀝水備用。

  3、大蒜去皮拍成蒜蓉。

  4、熱鍋冷油,倒入蒜蓉炒香。

  5、倒入苋菜炒軟。

  6、苋菜炒軟後放鹽調味即可出鍋裝盤。
