  1、把蘿蔔削去須根洗淨,切成長條,将辣椒去蒂籽洗淨切成絲;把缸用淨幹布擦淨,将蘿蔔條、辣椒絲拌勻,放入缸内,加入對好的鹽水,比例為(1000克)清水加(50克)鹽;鹽水加過蘿蔔條再撒一花椒粒,加醋;将缸放在溫暖處,約10天左右即可。

  2、泡酸辣蘿蔔是四川省風味名菜,屬于川菜系。
