  1、生姜切片,辣椒切段,裝盤備用。

  2、用牙簽将雞腿紮出小孔,加入生姜、辣椒、鹽、醬油、料酒、花椒、白胡椒粉,抓拌均勻,腌制二小時。

  3、雞蛋打成蛋液,面粉裝盤備用,将雞腿裹上蛋液,再裹上面粉,油燒熱後,放入雞腿,不斷翻動,炸至金黃撈出即可。
