韭菜怎麼炒

新鮮韭菜100--150克,雞蛋2個,生油、食鹽各适量。

韭菜洗淨切小段,雞蛋破殼後在碗裡打勻,油鍋燒熱後,攪勻的雞蛋放鍋裡面先煎成大塊雞蛋,再放入韭菜與雞蛋一起炒熟即可。

韭菜含大量膳食纖維,可清潔腸壁,促進排便。本品采用水炒方法,使用烹調油少,成肴鹹鮮軟嫩,營養豐富,所含熱量少。
