  1、把蒜苔、西紅柿洗淨切好,蔥切蔥花,大蒜拍碎,用醋和食用鹽調汁備用,雞蛋攪散。

  2、砂鍋裡倒入油燒至八成熟,打入雞蛋炒好盛出,鍋裡倒入油燒至八成熟,倒入西紅柿和蒜苔翻炒至西紅柿出汁。

  3、倒入雞蛋攪散出鍋,開水之後放入面條煮沸,中間加兩次水繼續煮沸即可出鍋,将面條和鹵子盛入碗中加入蒜汁攪拌即可。
