  1、将烏梅、陳皮、山楂和甘草片放入清水中泡二十分鐘,撈出備用。

  2、然後将材料放入鍋中,倒入清水,大火煮開,轉小火煮二十分鐘,放入适量冰糖,冰糖融化後關火。

  3、自然冷涼後存放到玻璃瓶中,冷藏後飲用口感更佳。
