  1、首先準備好低粉65g,花生50g,黃油45g,糖30g以及蛋黃1個。

  2、我們先将黃油加糖打發,然後加入蛋黃。

  3、篩入低粉後加入花生,翻拌均勻。

  4、把做好的材料揉成小圓球,擺入烤盤。

  5、烤箱溫度燒至175度,把花生酥放入烤箱,烘培10分鐘後就早餐花生米就完成了。
