  1、用料:香菜,辣椒,大蔥(用蔥白部分),鹽,雞精,醋

  做法:香菜、辣椒、大蔥洗淨分别切适當大小;

  将切好的香菜段、蔥段、辣椒片混合,調入适量鹽和雞精;

  鍋中加入适量油加熱,潑入老虎菜中,再将陳醋倒入鍋中加熱至沸騰,然後調入老虎菜中拌勻即可。
