白蘿蔔玉米排骨的做法

  1、主料:白蘿蔔一個,玉米一個,排骨一根,姜适量,鹽适量,雞精适量。

  2、做法:将排骨斬塊,放入冷水鍋中(水要沒過排骨),待水滾肉變色即将排骨撈出備用。

  3、将白蘿蔔,玉米切塊,姜切片。湯鍋内放水,加熱,等水滾将姜片,白蘿蔔,玉米塊,排骨一同放入鍋内,中火煲10分鐘左右轉小火煲1個小時左右。放入鹽和少許雞精調味即可。
