  1、碗中放入中筋面粉,酵母粉、白糖,加水,揉成面團,發酵。

  2、青菜切碎放入盆中,加鹽,豆腐切丁,打五個雞蛋成蛋液,炒出蛋碎。豆腐丁炒至金黃。

  3、擠幹水分的青菜中放入芝麻油,加入雞蛋碎、豆腐丁,黑木耳,小蔥、蚝油、十三香、胡椒粉。面團擀成圓餅包包子,上鍋大火蒸15分鐘。
