  1、姜黃粉6湯,匙香菜籽6湯匙,小茴香2湯,匙黑胡椒粉2湯匙,粘米粉2湯,匙丁香8小粒,八角2粒,白豆蔻3粒,桂皮1小段,香茅草1小段,幹辣椒5個,孜然粉1湯匙。

  2、準備好原材料,可以用不放油的炒鍋稍稍煸炒。

  3、原材料放進料理機研磨。

  4、過篩,将粗粒重新放入料理機研磨。重複兩三次就能得到比較細膩的咖喱粉。
