  1、自制沙拉

  食材:紫葉生菜、娃娃菜、洋蔥,牛油果:半個。

  做法1:沙拉醬汁自調:(橄榄油80ml,香醋10ml,紅酒醋30ml,醬油15ml,蜂蜜:15ml,蒜末20g,芥末4g,檸檬汁15ml,鹽:适量,可以放少許百裡香)。

  2、烤雞蛋吐司

  食材:黑麥土司:一片,雞蛋:一個瑞士多孔芝士:一片,番茄(小):半個 洋蔥:少許。

  做法2:在黑麥土司上,依次鋪上芝士,雞蛋,番茄丁,洋蔥末,然後撒上海鹽以及黑胡椒,放入烤箱200°烤30min。

  3、白灼芥藍

  食材:芥蘭:一小把,小蔥:一根,姜:少許,港式甜醬油,蒸魚豉油各少許

  做法3:芥蘭焯水後瀝幹碼盤,滴入少許蒸魚豉油與港式甜醬油。蔥姜朝天椒切絲。鍋裡放入少許橄榄油加熱。油熱後撒到蔥姜絲上即可。
