  1、主料:雞肉、胡蘿蔔、洋蔥、荷蘭豆。

  2、輔料:鹽、生粉、橙汁、蛋液。

  3、胡蘿蔔去皮,切小花。

  4、雞肉切片。

  5、雞肉蘸蛋液、生粉,捏成球,再滾生粉。

  6、油炸兩次,呈金黃色,炒蔬菜。

  7、放入雞肉丸,橙汁,鹽和水澱粉,翻炒至欠汁包裹每個肉丸。
