  1、食材:秋葵若幹、雞胸肉200g、小米椒、大蒜、料酒、胡椒粉、生抽、老抽、雞蛋1個。

  2、做法:雞胸肉洗淨切小塊放入容器中,加入一勺料酒,小半勺胡椒粉,一勺生抽,少許老抽,雞蛋液,攪拌均勻腌制備用;秋葵洗淨焯水一分鐘撈起來過涼水,切小塊備用;小米椒切小圈、蒜切末備用;起鍋加入少許油,油熱後倒入蒜末、小米椒中炒香,小火倒入雞胸肉炒變色,再倒入秋葵翻炒幾下,兩勺生抽再翻炒均勻即可出鍋食用啦!
