  1、年糕100g,蝦仁20隻,玉米油40g,雞蛋2個,胡蘿蔔1根,xo醬50g。

  2、年糕中倒入開水浸泡10min。

  3、起小鍋熱水,水開後放入蝦仁煮熟。

  4、玉米油15g加熱,倒入打散的雞蛋炒熟,然後盛出。

  5、玉米油25g加熱,倒入胡蘿蔔片炒熟,加入xo醬炒勻。

  6、加入雞蛋,瀝幹水的年糕和蝦仁,炒勻即可。
