  1、主料雞胸肉1塊

  2、輔料香菇6朵胡蘿蔔1根油皮1張鹽(拌餡)2克生抽(拌餡)1勺胡椒粉(拌餡)1克雞精(拌餡)1克蔥姜沫(拌餡)适量雞蛋(拌餡)1顆

  3、胡蘿蔔洗淨切沫

  4、香菇洗淨

  5、改刀切沫

  6、放入雞肉餡中和調料拌勻。

  7、油皮鋪平放入肉餡抹勻

  8、卷好放入蒸鍋中蒸20分鐘

  9、蒸熟涼涼切片擺盤
