  1、食材:

  西紅柿3個、土雞蛋4個、花生油6ml、鹽2克、白砂糖5克、生粉30克、香蔥20克。

  2、做法:

  (1)準備食材。

  (2)西紅柿洗淨,去皮,切粒,放白砂糖腌制2分鐘;

  (3)雞蛋打散,用筷子調均;

  (4)把西紅柿粒、生粉、鹽、香蔥一起倒入雞蛋液中,拌均。

  (5)熱鍋,倒油,倒入西紅柿雞蛋液中小火煎;

  (6)微黃,翻轉另外一面繼續煎;

  (7)起鍋,卷起,用刀切段,即可。
