  1、将蝦蛄用清水反複沖洗幹淨,淋入料酒和少許鹽拌勻。

  2、蒜頭去皮切碎,生姜切末,幹紅椒切成圈。

  3、鍋中倒入油,大火加熱至6成熱,将蝦蛄放入,中火炒至蝦身變成紅色,撈出。

  4、倒出鍋中多餘的油留少許底油,放入蒜姜末和紅椒圈,小火慢慢煸香。

  5、将蝦蛄倒入鍋中,撒入椒鹽翻炒幾下即可。
