草莓奶凍的做法

  1、準備材料:牛奶、白砂糖、草莓、蜂蜜;

  2、草莓用鹽水沖洗幹淨後,再用清水泡10分鐘,把水分瀝幹,每個切成四瓣備用;

  3、牛奶倒入盆裡加熱;

  4、白糖放入奶鍋,小火加熱至糖融化,不要沸騰,關火;

  5、把加熱過的牛奶倒入盒子中;

  6、加入蜂蜜攪勻;

  7、再放入切好的草莓;

  8、再放入冰箱冷藏2-4小時左右即可。
