  1、首先在小碗中加入姜絲,淋入料酒。用蔥節擠壓姜絲,做成蔥姜汁。

  2、在幹淨的雞上撒上鹽,淋上蔥姜汁,用手抹勻,腌制六小時。

  3、在電飯煲底部放入姜片,再放入腌制好的雞,煲30分鐘,翻面,出鍋裝盤。
