  1、土豆500g、排骨250g、蔥2根、姜1塊、蒜2瓣。

  2、料酒1大勺、生抽1大勺、蚝油1大勺。

  3、蔥切段、姜蒜切片,排骨洗淨;

  4、湯鍋燒水,水開後放入蔥姜蒜,放入排骨,氽燙2分鐘;

  5、排骨撈出,加入料酒、生抽、蚝油抓勻,腌制20分鐘;

  6、土豆切滾刀塊,鋪到盤中;

  7、排骨鋪在土豆上,撒上蔥絲;

  8、鍋中燒水,水開後将排骨放入蒸屜,入鍋蒸15分鐘。
