1、雙手手掌交叉互握保持不動,左手抓住右手手肘,向着頭部的方向緩緩向内拉伸。

2、隔段時間後換另一邊重複同樣的動作,雙手放在背後交握,慢慢将手臂往上擡。

3、手掌向外伸直,手臂向外打開,緩緩往後拉伸。
