  1、主料:肉鴿700克。

  2、調料:蔥段10克,姜片10克,鹽,雞精,胡椒粉,花雕酒各适量。

  3、肉鴿洗淨切塊,焯水待用。

  4、肉鴿塊放在盤中,加鹽、雞精、胡椒粉、花雕酒調好味,最後放上蔥段、姜片,上籠蒸20分鐘即可。
