  1、蒜2個,輔料米醋15毫升,生抽15毫升,食鹽0.5克,色拉油15毫升,辣椒油适量。

  2、将蒜頭剝洗幹淨,保留最後一層蒜衣,用刀将蒜拍碎,放在碗中。

  3、加入鹽、醋、生抽拌勻,然後将色拉油熬至8成熱,将油淋在蒜上,冷切後即可開吃。
