  1、配料:年糕12片、洋蔥1個、小油菜2顆、蔥、白砂糖、油、十三香、雞精。

  2、洋蔥、小油菜、蔥切寸段;

  3、加水将年糕煮半熟取出;

  4、放油半熱加适量白砂糖上色,将洋蔥、蔥爆炒,放入年糕翻炒上色,加适量水煮開;

  5、加入洗幹淨的小油菜,放少量十三香、雞精翻炒一下出鍋。
