  1、首先将洗淨的酸菜切成絲,将魚從尾部中間切開,去除魚頭,魚的另一面也同樣切開,将魚兩面的刺去除,将魚刺和魚頭切塊備用。

  2、将魚肉片成魚片,加入一勺鹽,兩勺生粉攪拌均勻,起鍋燒油至油熱,放入生姜,大蒜,加入适量食用水,煮沸後放入酸菜。

  3、煮兩分鐘後放入魚骨,将魚骨煮熟後,撈出魚骨和酸菜,往鍋内加入鹽半勺,雞精一勺,陳醋一勺,依次放入魚片,等魚片煮熟後,出鍋裝碗即可。
