  1、主料:小龍蝦半斤。

  2、輔料:蒜适量、姜适量。

  3、買回小龍蝦後,放入盆中,用清水沖洗2次後放入2湯匙鹽,再倒入清水沒過小龍蝦浸泡2小時,然後用牙刷逐個刷洗幹淨,尾部把蝦線給抽出來青蒜和香蔥洗幹淨切段備用;姜和蒜切片,蔥頭切絲備用鍋熱注油,倒入部分青蒜,香蔥,蔥頭,姜和蒜片一起爆香放入小龍蝦大火爆炒,至蝦殼變紅時,倒入一勺甜醬繼續翻炒上色。再放入剩下的青蒜,香蔥和蒜片等炒勻。

  4、最後大火收汁,盛起裝盤即可。
