  1、魚肉剁蓉,蔥、姜、青椒、香菜切末,将面粉加入水,揉成面團。在魚肉餡裡加入蔥姜、青椒、香菜、香油、生抽、五香粉,攪拌均勻。

  2、将面團分成均等的小劑子,擀成面皮,放入餡料包成餃子,鍋中加水燒開,放入餃子煮熟即可。
