  1、竹筍250克左右、姜,蔥,蒜少量、麻油,鹽,雞粉等少量。

  2、竹筍切開之後用涼水泡幾分鐘,去除澀味。泡完涼水後切成條狀,放入煮沸的水中灼幾分鐘煮到五成熟左右。然後撈起來用冰水泡幾分鐘。

  3、将姜蔥蒜下鍋爆炒出味,下竹筍,快炒四五分鐘,然後下調好的汁再炒三四分鐘,就完成了。
