  1、山楂去核,将山楂用木簽串起來。

  2、在鍋中按水與綿白糖1:2的比例添加,中火煮10分鐘。

  3、轉大火10分鐘,轉小火,待糖漿變為濃稠時,将串好的山楂與猕猴桃浸入糖漿。

  4、旋轉使糖漿充分包裹山楂,放置陰涼處冷卻即可完成。
