  1、在剁碎的五花肉中加入鹽、酒、蔥、姜、醬油等調勻,直至起漿,将整理幹淨的荠菜、小白菜放入剛開的水中焯水。

  2、等荠菜、青菜變色,即可撈出,放至冷水中至菜冷卻,後撈出擠一下水,将其切細,剁碎。

  3、然後将腌好的肉餡撥到一邊,把剁碎的青菜放另一邊,淋些食用油,攪勻,再将肉糜和青菜一起攪拌即可。
