  1、将小刀或不太厚金屬小勺的勺把,插進核桃有縫隙的一頭,這是核桃的軟肋。

  2、一手拿穩核桃,另一手拿着小刀旋轉用力,核桃就被撬開了。

  3、将核桃放進蒸屜上,大火蒸5分鐘,蒸好關火後,将核桃立即浸入冷水中,等核桃不燙手時取出,用錘子敲幾下,就能剝出完整的核桃仁。
