  1、食材:南瓜泥150克,糯米粉180克左右,白糖20克,白芝麻适量。

  2、南瓜去皮切片上鍋蒸至用筷子紮一下就透。取150克南瓜泥,趁熱加入白糖,白糖根據南瓜甜度加減。

  3、一邊放糯米粉一邊攪拌,揉成不粘手的面團。南瓜泥水份不同,放糯米粉要分多次放進去。面團分成6份,加餡料。把6個面團都捏成餅。

  4、兩面粘上芝麻,電餅铛或平底鍋放油,油多放一些,小火兩面煎至金黃就可以了。
