木瓜奶凍的做法

  1、食材:木瓜1個、吉利丁10克、牛奶200毫升、白糖10克;

  2、準備原材料,木瓜一定要選熟透的;

  3、吉利丁用冰水泡軟;

  4、牛奶、細砂糖倒入奶鍋中用小火加熱攪拌至白糖融化,大概50度左右,白糖就融化了,切忌不要燒沸;

  5、吉利丁擠幹多餘的水分後放入牛奶裡攪拌至融化,等待降溫

  6、木瓜洗淨切開,用勺子把木瓜籽掏空,降溫好的牛奶液倒入木瓜裡,牛奶倒九分滿即可,将倒好牛奶液的木瓜用保鮮膜封住放入碗裡,放入冰箱冷藏2-3小時至凝固;

  7、木瓜從冰箱取出把木瓜頂打開,輕輕搖晃如果奶凍沒有流質就可以切開了,最後切成塊狀即可食用。
