  1、材料:綠豆芽,蔥,姜,花椒,料酒,生抽,鹽,雞精。

  2、豆芽摘洗幹淨

  3、鍋内下少油。

  4、下花椒爆香,下姜絲,蔥花,煸香,下豆芽,略炒,烹料酒,生抽少許。

  5、添水,至剛沒過豆芽,炖15-20分鐘,放鹽,雞精,出鍋即可。

  6、綠豆芽其性涼、味甘無毒,能清署熱、調五髒、解諸毒、利尿除濕,可用于飲酒過度、濕熱郁滞、食少體倦。
