  鹹魚幹的做法:

  1、準備材料:鹹魚幹10隻、菜籽油适量。

  2、鹹魚幹提前浸泡,期間換幾次水。

  3、将泡好的鹹魚瀝幹,用廚房紙巾吸幹表面水分。

  4、熱鍋入油,放入鹹魚,用中小火煎香。

  5、煎至兩面金黃即可。
