  1、食材:糯米粉50g、面粉50g、白糖少量、黑芝麻少量。

  2、兩種面粉混合,用開水把面粉燙好。

  3、把燙好的面粉揉好醒一會。

  4、醒好的面團成小擠,捏成皮抱上餡料捏好。

  5、鍋中放油下面坯炸至金黃即可。

  6、好吃的炸糖糕就做好了。
