  1、材料:2斤牛楠、兩根胡蘿蔔、兩土豆、兩個洋蔥、西紅柿。

  2、牛楠飛水,熱油蔥姜炝鍋;

  3、放入牛楠,醬油、料酒、糖、爆炒,混入過油的土豆、胡蘿蔔、加入洋蔥、西紅柿,少放一小碗水,轉入電高壓鍋,倒入小半瓶紅酒、加香葉等調料;

  4、25分鐘後,撈幹貨出鍋,轉入炒菜鍋,加入鹽、雞精,收汁出鍋。
