  1、材料:西芹240公克,吻仔魚150公克,姜20公克,紅辣椒1根,橄榄油1茶匙,米酒1大匙,味醂1/2茶匙。

  2、西芹洗淨切細條;吻仔魚洗淨瀝幹;姜和辣椒切末。

  3、取一不沾鍋放油後,将吻仔魚、姜末、辣椒末放入鍋中,以小火拌炒至幹酥。

  4、加入西芹條略拌後,續加入調味料炒至幹松即可盛盤。
