  1、材料:筒骨250g、春菜250g、鹽3g、味精1g。

  2、春菜、筒骨洗幹淨備用;燒開水,把筒骨焯一下去掉血水;

  3、把焯好水的筒骨倒進裝有水的高壓鍋裡,氣閥出氣後換小火燒15分鐘;

  4、等氣閥消氣後打開蓋子重新置鍋于火上,燒開湯把菜梗先放進湯裡面煮10分鐘,最後加入菜葉,煮到菜葉變軟再加入調味料即可。
