  1、材料:新鮮鴨蛋,油,蒜肉醬汁,蔥花。

  2、取新鮮的鴨蛋少油小火煎成兩面金黃的荷包蛋。

  3、澆一大勺蒜肉醬汁焖燒一會兒。

  4、收汁撒蔥花即可。

  5、鴨蛋性味甘、涼,具有滋陰清肺的作用,入肺、脾經;有大補虛勞、滋陰養血、潤肺美膚等功效;适應于病後體虛、燥熱咳嗽、咽幹喉痛、高血壓、腹瀉痢疾等病患者食用。用于膈熱、咳嗽、喉痛、齒痛。
