  1、泡豆角(豇豆)切粒;

  2、姜、蔥剁末;

  3、紅辣椒切粒;

  4、豬五花肉洗淨切末;

  5、炒鍋下植物油,燒五成熱放蔥末、姜末和肉末,炒出香味,豬肉變色,放泡豆角粒、紅辣椒粒翻炒,再放花椒水、味精、淋香油即可出鍋。
