  1、制作主料:嫩筍芽1包300g。

  2、制作輔料:五花肉、紅椒、蔥花、鹽、味精、味極鮮。

  3、五花肉切絲、紅椒切段待用,客家嫩筍芽開袋備好。

  4、熱鍋将五花肉煸出油香味、倒入客家嫩筍芽煸炒、加入适量的高湯焖2-3分鐘,調味撒入蔥花盛入器皿中。
