  1、午餐肉去掉包裝,切成薄片。小火熱油鍋,将切片的午餐肉放進煎,煎至香味。煎出香味後,翻面繼續煎。煎至兩面焦香即可出鍋。香煎午餐肉,外皮脆香,内裡綿軟。

  2、午餐肉罐頭打開,切片;雞蛋打散,放些許鹽;将午餐肉片放進雞蛋羹裡拌勻;放進油鍋慢火煎透——OK!
