  1、原料:豬五花肉、醬油、蒜泥、腌韭菜花、醬豆腐汁、辣椒油。

  2、做法:将去骨豬肉橫切成三、四條,再切成長塊,刮洗幹淨,皮朝上放入鍋肉,倒入清水,蓋上鍋蓋,在旺火上燒開,再轉微火煮 2小時,用筷子一穿即入,撈出晾涼,撕去肉皮,切成薄片,整齊地排在盤内;把醬油、蒜泥、韭菜花、醬豆腐汁和辣椒油等,一起放在小碗内,随同肉片一起上桌。
